• Weekly calls - 60ish minutes 
  • My intention is that we get to where we need to get in each session. If that takes 15 minutes or 75 I am here to support you.
• Voxer Access between calls 
  • I don't have set hours or days of availability - but I have strong boundaries around what energy I will show up to support you from. I only want to give you the best of the best! So sometimes I will respond immediately, and other times the clarity might take me a day. 
• Access to any new programs I create during the time we work together 
  • I will also share any resources related to your chart that I feel are relevant or helpful to you! Even if that means writing up a report for you.
